Stained Glass Crafts by Douglas Mitchell

Douglas Mitchell is a graduate from the Open University (BA). This was followed by courses in stained glass at Leith Academy. He currently works from the Edinburgh Art Glass Studio, based in Leith, Edinburgh.

Stained Glass Crafts makes use of stained glass to create decorative and domestic objects, which are individual and contemporary. All designs are handcrafted, using traditional leaded and copper foil techniques, and use references drawn from Traditional and Modern art movements.

Designs can be made on request to include different colours, textures and shapes of glass, ideal for a special present or as a gift idea.
